Nissim has done several projects at our home in Topanga including two major remodels. Both projects were designed and built by Nissim and his very qualified sub contractors. We agreed upon a budget, design features and a timeline for a master bath remodel and a kitchen remodel.
As the projects proceeded, both projects held to the original budgets and finished faster than the projected end date. Attention to detail, functionality and customer satisfaction drove the projects. We hired Nissim/ INM Construction to remodel our master bathroom and repaint and Venetian plaster all of our walls throughout our home. First off, they are the best construction company I have ever had the privilege of working with. Kind, reasonable, courteous, and of course highly professional with the best high quality work. Here's some examples.
As you can imagine repainting and plastering an entire home could be very disruptive and cause a lot of issues with keeping everything clean. INM accommodated our schedule, and kept everything totally livable & clean throughout the process. AND the walls are perfect, still to this day. They provided custom finishes and still accommodated our budget.
They completely remodeled our master bathroom and took our good ideas and implemented them even better than we could have imagined. We get super compliments all the time on how amazing our bathroom looks.
I could not more highly rate INM (If I could give them a 10 star rating I would). Amazing work ethic, craftsmanship and creativity. They under-promised and over-delivered each time we've hired them. Lastly, they are awesome people too!! Nissim stays in touch not to ask for more business, but just to say hello to our family because he really cares.

Nissim was the middle of the three estimates we received.

He was very concerned that my husband & I lived in our lanai, bedroom, and bath with our two dogs while our construction took place. We wanted to update our kitchen, living room, and dining room.

This also included taking down a load-bearing wall to open everything up.

He hired the draftsman to draw up the plans. As soon as we signed the final-they pulled permits. Every day Willie (the foreman) & Jimmy arrived by 8 and they either left at 4:30 or sometimes stayed until dark if they needed to finish something. They were all efficient and hard workers, even the tile men, plumber, and the electrician.

We love our remodel! His quote said 6-8 weeks and he finished in 7 weeks.

Nissim was always there to update us on what was done that day, or for the next day.
